Pics from Cairo

Robin and I had a great time in Cairo. We ended up getting in at about 3am because of the delays leaving Amman so we were exhausted when we arrived. We slept in the next mornign then headed out the Egyptian Museam (pic 1). It was incredibly impressive. But also annoying because there was hardly any information provided for the thousands of items on display. Most of the information was typed or handwritten on little cards. No cameras were allowed but everything was just out to be touched - strange!!. The room with King Tut's stuff was the best part. That night we went to the city and walked around the markets at night before we went to dinner. Walking around the markets at night was really cool. Then we found (with the help of the Tourist Police) a great little restaurant down an alley. (pics 3 & 4).

Mores pics to come!!
