I got into Cairo late last night and had the 1st day of the conference today. Haven't seem much of the place yet but our hotel is right on the Nile and I have a beautiful view of the city from my balcony. I've taken a few pics and will upload them when I get back to baghdad. The conference is going well so far - my talk has been pushed off until tomorrow (UGH) but hopefully tomorrow night we'll get a chance to do a little sightseeing. I'll keep you all posted.
